Recording Job Details
Work Histories or Jobs are entered to record each job done on a vehicle. Jobs can also have an invoice associated with it.
Any information regarding the job can be entered i.e.
- Dates work began and ended
- Descriptions of work carried out, recommendations etc.
- Automatic generation on invoice numbers
- Payment methods
Invoices are built by entering parts, labour and prices and all totals are automatically calculated.
Reminder letters and final demand letters can also be automatically generated by a single click.
