Recording Job Details

Work Histories or Jobs are entered to record each job done on a vehicle. Jobs can also have an invoice associated with it.

Any information regarding the job can be entered i.e.

  • Dates work began and ended
  • Descriptions of work carried out, recommendations etc.
  • Automatic generation on invoice numbers
  • Payment methods


Invoices are built by entering parts, labour and prices and all totals are automatically calculated.

Reminder letters and final demand letters can also be automatically generated by a single click.
